Read moreMy entire meeting of Jill was what’s known as b’sherit – “meant to be.”
We met randomly at a networking event and I advised that I’d always wanted a business coach but was scared of the expense and the accountability. I took that plunge with Jill Williams and it’s been incredible the places she’s taken me in a few short months. Her methodology is supportive and inquisitive. She keeps me on track but gives me permission to wander. At the end of every session I’m not driven like I just went to a motivational speaker, I’m moved and motivated to make appropriate, measurable, and attainable goals.
Jill has been an extraordinary benefit to my team.

As the director of multiple businesses, sometimes it's hard for me to sort through the chaos in order to move forward in intentional growth. Meeting regularly with Jill has given me space to debrief and process, bringing clarity and focus to both my personal and organizational goals.
If you're feeling lost or uncertain of the next steps, I'd highly recommend coaching with Jill!

Read more[My daughter] needed a fresh reminder of who she is, what she cares about. Had an incredible talk with her on the way up [to drop her off for her freshman year of college] about her session with you.
I cannot thank you enough…I credit a lot of her amazing start to college to your session w/ her. She has jumped in w/ both feet. Has made incredible friends fast. Is doing fun things.
I’m just incredibly happy about it. Thank you.

Read moreI went into my work with Jill thinking I was going to learn more about how to prepare for a job change. I was shocked to find out that wasn't what I was going to get. But I stayed in the process with her and began to let her skillful questioning take me deeply into the "why" I wanted a different job and eventually each coaching session resulted in the realization I already knew what I needed to do next in my search. By guiding me to look ever deeper into what I believe, what I feel, and what I want as well as what The Lord has placed on my heart as important, Jill DID show me how to prepare for a new job. But the path she lead me through was through a completely different part of the forest. It was ultimately the path that brought me out on the other side of the woods able to see all of the trees more clearly.
Jill forced me to be o.k. with some silence during our time together. In that silence came clarity because Jill also has the gift of asking the right question at the right moment to bring her client to what I call a "Duh!" moment. That is the moment when you realize that your next step is actually a pretty uncomplicated "no brainer". But sometimes we are thinking so hard about something, the next right step for us that is authentic to who we are is buried under doubt and insecurity.
But "Duh!", the next step is ultimately right in front of us.

As a Director of a small nonprofit that serves women in crisis, I have struggled to create and establish rhythms for our staff that allow us to feel connected, organized, and forward thinking. Our time with Jill has allowed us to identify our individual strengths, desires, and needs as a staff, and work towards identifying processes that allow us to all feel seen and understood as we work together towards common goals for the women we get to serve.
Her care for our team has been invaluable to us, and we are so grateful for her insight, leadership, and collaboration.

Read moreHey Jill, thank you so much for sharing your time, insight, care, compassion, prayer, and wisdom the other day at lunch. I am so grateful for you. I was telling Holly about our conversation and she said she would LOVE to have someone ask her those hard questions and really probe to help her get answers. I told her you are amazing, so you may hear from her. ☺
I am still happy to try the skills assessment when you get around to sending it. I am excited to grow. Truly. I feel like God has me in a very sponge like place and I want to take it all in to be the best I can be for Him. AND I love that you want to work WITH my wiring. That was a huge take away for me.
I don’t have to be someone else to do my job well.

Read moreI went through the DISC assessment with Jill the summer before I went off to college.
I had some trouble in high school knowing when to let myself be introverted and when to push myself to go hang out with a friend. This process helped me recognize how I need to recharge in order to get back out there.
My college experience would definitely be different - and way less fun - without the insights I gained from talking with Jill!

Read moreI can remember as far back as high school wanting to win and be the best. It might seem that such an attitude would take me far. It did. But it was hell. I was always striving for the next thing, because there was always a next thing.
Praise God he got hold of me and set me free from this bondage. I intentionally let these things go, assuming wanting to win and be the best were just wrong. But a funny thing happened. I lost a part of myself. I’ve since realized that those desires in me are from God. They are part of my design and are actually strengths - achievement and competition are two of my signature strengths! Along with developer and relator and futuristic and restorative and focus and strategy. I understand today that it’s who I desire to serve in offering my gifts - not the gifts themselves - that matters.
As a coach and founder of BOLD Leader Transformation Team, I get to offer these gifts in service to God as I offer them in service to your growth and development. Whether we are working together to grow you, your business or others you get to lead, I get to put my strengths to work with you so you accomplish - or win! - the success you want. As my coach mentor and training says about being a coach, I’m obsessed with your success!
Well, I am obsessed with your success and I get to offer all my strengths to help you discover and develop yours so you offer them in service to God and those he gives you to lead.
