The foundation for our coaching partnership sets key leaders up to effectively utilize their strengths based on the Gallup CliftonStrengths 34 assessment.

Choose from four options, including both individual and team solutions

  1. T10 Talent Session Go through just the top 10 strengths in one jam-packed 60-minute session

  2. Strengths Alignment Process (SAP) Go through all 34 strengths in five transformative 60-minute Sessions

  3. Team Alignment Process Have your team individually go through all 34 strengths each in five 60-minute sessions

  4. Team Transformation Do a Team Alignment and add on a 4-6 hour workshop for team transformation

The heart of our coaching partnership is an inquiry-based approach to both sustain and improve key leaders’ performance, helping them successfully guide their teams to reach and exceed desired goals.

Choose one of four options, each includes an Achievement Plan, Session Pre and Session Action Plans

  1. 4-60 Partnership
    Meet weekly for 60-minute sessions

  2. 4-30 Partnership
    Meet weekly for 30-minute sessions

  3. 2-60 Partnership
    Meet bi-monthly for 60-minute sessions

  4. 2-30 Partnership
    Meet bi-monthly for 30-minute sessions
