The Indigo assessment is billed as the most accurate human survey on the market. In partnership with BOLD, those accurate Indigo assessment results turn into insights and strategies positioning you and your family to dare to love your life!

The Indigo Assessment measures these three primary things:

1. Behaviors. It measures behavior according to the DISC system, a tool that divides behavior into four basic styles: Dominance, Influencing, Steadiness and Compliance. DISC scores indicate natural responses to everyday circumstances.

2. Motivators. The Indigo Assessment measures 6 Motivators as described in the work of Spranger and Allport in their study of human value, motivation and drive. Motivators describe why people do things: the internal desires that drive behaviors.

3. Skills. Through use of a Likert-Scale questionnaire, the Indigo Assessment measures 23 non-academic competencies relevant to workplace success. This list includes key personal and inter-personal skills. The top 5 skills point toward areas of talent that may or may not already be known.

The power in the assessment is how the three aspects of an individual’s profile — behaviors, motivators and skills — work together. The power in our College Choice Coaching is in the immediate application of the assessment results in our Insights and Strategies Session and your common language for ongoing family conversations.

For the C3 Coaching Package, all it takes is about 45 minutes of time taking an online assessment and then a certified coach will spend about 2 hours in an Individual Insights and Strategies Session talking through the results with your students, guiding them to develop their Insights and Strategies Sheet.

Parents receive one 90-minute Getting to Know Indigo Session. This session will guide you through the assessment and measurements and position you to talk more with your students about their results and give you a common language for ongoing conversations.

If you want, your entire family - high school and up - can go through the assessment process!

Are you a club director or a parent of an athlete who would like to see C3 Team Coaching added to your athlete’s strength, agility and quickness training through your club? We have a 6-week club sports C3 Program that builds up the unique leadership genius of each athlete and helps them know their behaviors, motivations and strengths. The training program gives a common language for club teams and coaches to be able to communicate more productively and intentionally with each athlete, maximizing individual talent and developing strong leaders.

Contact Jill@Team-BOLD.com to talk about forming a C3 Team Coaching partnership!

For the C3 Team Coaching Program, your club coaches and directors receive an hour of training one night a week for 6 weeks, then each individual team receives the same 6 weeks of training. The training includes an Indigo Behaviors, Motivations and Skills Assessment followed up with 5 weeks of group work to understand and tangibly apply the results. Gain a common language for maximizing talent and developing strong leaders!

Our application of Indigo is within families. Parents can take the assessment just as teachers do and participate in the Indigo Assessment Process, too!

You are equipped to:

  • Share a common language for college choice discussions

  • Improve family relationships

  • Reduce stress

  • Gain direction for most successfully launching your student into a fulfilling future!

I went through the DISC assessment with Jill the summer before I went off to college. I had some trouble in high school knowing when to let myself be introverted and when to push myself to go hang out with a friend. This process helped me recognize how I need to recharge in order to get back out there. My college experience would definitely be different - and way less fun - without the insights I gained from talking with Jill!
